accordion wont collapse

Hi,

I have a problem regrading the accordion element on my website it seems to add the accordion and within the element I’m able to add the accordion selection element. Within this element I can add a text box, but when I go view the published version of the site, the accordion is stuck and wont collapse or open the second selection.

Any recommendations to fix this?
