Allow shortcode in Shipping & Return content

Under theme options –> woocommerce –> Product Detail settings –> Sub title: Shipping & Return content (HTML is allowed) I have tried adding a Gravity forms shortcode to display in the pop-up which is resulting in the shortcode being printed.  If this a possible bug or could this be changed to accept shortcodes?
