    Hi,

    Can you please tell me what the ‘rest API’ is? I see in the general options of WooCommerce that this is enabled on my site. I’m currently getting an ‘API Authentication failure’ message when a customer attempt’s to fill out their billing information or tries to use the ‘calculate’ shipping option. I’m using two Canada Post WooCommerce plugin’s, one is a general plug in and the other is to create Canada Post labels. I was wondering if there could be a setting in another area of my site that could be affecting the API key of my Canada Post plug in’s. Could you please let me know if this is a possibility? Thanks.

    You need create API key Canada Post WooCommerce and fill the API key for these plugin http://take.ms/LHw85

    Hi,

    Thanks for the guidance. Is this API key I’m creating for the ‘Canada Post Woo Commerce’ suppose to replace the API key I made for this plugin in my Canada Post user account? I’m confused about what I’m suppose to do with the new API key your instructing me to make.

    I already have a ‘production’ API key that was given to me by Canada Post through my account with them…which I placed in the settings of the Canada Post plug in it’s self.
