Be conscious this theme has many problems

We are trying to import the purchased claue theme demo data from two days. It gives multiple problems.
Plugin installation/activation gives error.

• Default wordpress theme customization is not working.
• The header template which we need is not customizing the menu on other header template changes are visible.
• The pages shown in demo are not in purchased theme and after purchase theme website is looking like blunder.
• When we contact with support they told your hosting is windows so they provide a backup to import using installer.php when we clean our domain and start from zero to import the files from support it result crash our website giving error 403 also we can’t run any file in subfolder also.
• The WPbakery import not work gives error then we select elementor but it crash our website now we can’t access website as well as wp admin.
