categories filter

hello, categories filter does not work, as you can see in screenshot attached, I set up lots of categories, but the filter does not sow them, can you please check? thanks

The plugin YITH Ajax Filter doesn’t support categories filter. if you want use categories filter you have to purchase for premium version of this plugin https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter/

you mean that the plugin you provided with the theme is not working properly, and I have to purchase the premium version?

Please provide a solution to this as I cannot force my customer to purchase another extension

Yes, author of this plugin only give us permission to use free version. If you need some advance features you have to purchase for premium version, i’m sorry about this.
