Category Menu – Is there a way to have vertical menu drop down into mega menu?

If i put “Shop” as my main category in the top horizontal menu. When a customer hovers over this, a drop down shows all the parent categories in a vertical line under shop. if customer hovers over a parent category, it does flyout right and shows all sub catrgories for that main category as a mega menu?

It is same idea as this website.  https://www.bestbuy.ca/ I dont need it to look the same, just need the same function.
