  Hello,
  
  I’ve got a few issues with the theme.
  First, when people suscribe to the newsletter via the pop up, they receive an e-mail asking them to confirm the subscription. How can I disable this?
  Also, the pop-up is not working when using Safari.
  
  And the site does not appear in Google even if the box “discourage search engine visibility” is not checked.

  1. I checked popup but don’t see option to disable asking user confirm the subscribe. You can try contact with plugin author at https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-popup/
  
  2. It’s default feature of WordPress. You can read article about this at https://wpshout.com/never-ever-check-discourage-search-engines/
  
  You also try submit your site url and sitemap to google can index your site
