Fatal errors in plug-ins prevent install and NO way to import dummy data

I bought this theme 2 days ago and it does not work.  The theme has fatal errors in several plug-ins and does not include dummy set up data (see screen shot).  Please access my site and fix or refund my money.  Thank You  – [email protected]

I checked your site and saw issue from WP Engine hosting when download plugin from external source.
