  Hi,
  
  I am using wordpress and I have selected “Static front page” as “Home page”. But I do not want some section to appear on home page or want to deactivate them.

  You can deactivate some section by edit Pages > Homepage
  
  Delete section you want remove http://take.ms/tWc69
