I don't want to charge my customers directly!

Hello,

I am selling some premium products for which first I always need to check the availability with the dealer, but I have listed those products on the website for selling.

When the customer sees the product the make payment online, but in some scenarios I don’t have that product available to me.

Now, I want customer to transact online for such products, but do not want to deduct their money until I confirm the order

How can I do it?

These pre-order plugins will deduct the money from the account, but we want it to be on-hold and the money should be debited only after we confirm the order.

I’m not have experience with your case. Please try a plugin to set default order status to “On Hold” https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-order-status-manager/
