Image size is inconsistent on home page

Hello, my product images under “New Arrivals” are showing up in different sizes, rather than being one consistent size. How can I fix or prevent this in the future?

Hi Corliss,

Please update theme to new version and go to Theme Customize > Theme Settings > Product Image to change product image size

Thank you. I have made a duplicate of my original site and downloaded the new update, but when I install it resets all images/format. How do I update without losing my products, etc.?

Thank you, I see that the pictures are all the same size now. I noticed that I still have to change the other settings back but do not know how to do this. Is there a list of instructions on how to do update theme on shopify so I can do this on my own next time?
