Dear Janstudio,
i have noticed that the main product picture has the size of the single product size (shop_single) and the zoom image the original size (full). Unfortunately, the openswatcher in both cases only used the single product size. Is it possible to display for the zoom image as full image here? Maybe as update in the future, because i have temporarily in /wp-content/themes/claue/core/libraries/vendors/openswatch/init.php
change
…apply_filters( ‘single_product_small_thumbnail_size’, ‘shop_single’ )…
to
…apply_filters( ‘single_product_small_thumbnail_size’, ‘full’ )…
But it laod both image cases in full size–>big loading time
Best Regards Mathias

Hi,
By default color swatch will get the Shop Single image, I have checked on the local dev site, it still working normally. For this case, could you please give me your website URL to check?

Hi Foster,
thanks for your fast reply. I hope, we don´t have now a missunderstandig? You right and i know that by default get the shop-single-image.
What i mean:
the product image = shop-single-image (number 1 in attached file shop-single-image.png)
the product ‘zoom’ image = full size image (number 2 in attached file shop-single-image.png)
Thats is realy good, but it work not on swatched image. Both images are shop-single-image. So the zoom-image have not a good quality. I have change by myself from single-image to full-image in /wp-content/themes/claue/core/libraries/vendors/openswatch/init.php on line 86 to apply_filters( ‘single_product_small_thumbnail_size’, ‘full‘ ), 0,
But now both images full size. It´s ok, but not perfekt for loading time.
If you want to check our website we need your ip, because at time we forward unknow ips to our old magneto shop.

Hi Mathias,
Could you add our Ip: 27.76.232.143 and 117.5.163.134.
Maybe you’re running old version of our theme. It better if we can view your site.
Thanks
Harry

Hi,
I tried account your sent but can’t access your site.
I checked your site and saw you’re using same size for Single product image and original image.
You should go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display and change dimension of image to smaller than original image http://take.ms/xcfZx
After that go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnail. Your product image will display small size when zoom it show original size.
Best regards
Harry
