Internal Server Error on Checkout submission

Hi,

I am getting an “internal server error” when I try to submit a test transaction on checkout. The inspector shows a 500 error.

Hours after attempting to submit, I get a “Cancelled Order” email about each time I submit.

I have never seen such an error on a brand new website. The WooCommerce system status shows all green.

Hi,

I checked your site and saw you’re using PayJunction plugin to approve creditcard checkout. Can you ask plugin author about this issue.

Btw, our theme version now is 1.2.5 you can update theme for more features and bug fix.

Hi, I just updated Gecko theme and deactivated the PayJunction plugin, but the internal server error is still happening – this time when checking out with PayPal. I just switched to a different theme and the error is still there, so it doesn’t seem to be related directly to the theme. When I enabled debug mode, I got the following error, please let me know if you can provide any advice or resources for me:

“SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”

Do I need SSL on the domain to get past this issue?
