metaslider and random code issue

I just uploaded the theme and installed all the recommended plugins but there is random code all over my site. I currently have only added a few pages and otherwise am just customizing the demo. I have deactivated and reactivated plugins to see if they are causing the issue but I am stumped and getting very frustrated.

I only just installed and uploaded the site, I didn’t have any content loaded yet. But I can’t figure out what is wrong. Is there a plugin interfering with the theme? Please advise.

I saw some element of page builder and product use imported from other theme? Which theme you use before? Is it replace your exist database?

I used BigCart theme and just got rid of it because I prefer to use your theme. I want the “Instagram Shop” but I am confused on which plugins go with the other theme and which go with yours. Can you deactivate the ones I don’t need, and help me set up the instagram shop so I can get my site up and running? What plugins are needed to link my instagram to the shop, and create buyable links?

I deactivate all plugins and activate only the plugins work with our theme.

The theme still looks the same with all the code snippets. Why is it doing that? Is there no way to fix it? should I unintall the theme and deactivate all plugins then start over?

Hi,

You can remove code by go to Claue > Install Sample Data. It will remove all old database or go to Dashboard > Pages > Homepage > Edit and remove the section contain error code.

But why are the code snippets showing up on the pages, are they place holders? I see the snippets on every single page. Best to just upload the default content and edit for my needs? I’ll be honest, I am not thrilled that I’m have to go through every page and remove the code for a $60 theme. Does it do this for everyone or did I do something wrong?

Hi,

The error code on your site because you using sample data code of BigCart, now you switch to our theme it still have error code from BigCart, if you want remove please go to Dashboard > Claue > Install Sample Data it will replace all data of BigCart to Claue.

Hi, thank you for your help. The demo theme did load and I am editing it. I followed your instructions for installing and integrating the Instagram shop but I am getting a 404 error when I add my link to the wooLive and click connect. Could you assist?

I am using my instagram account, I am confused why it is defaulting to yours every time I click “link” in the wooApp thing. How do I customize the header navigation pages instead of “Demo” etc, I only see the submenus in the page editor
