As i see your screen shot. You not yet create any attribute.

You can follow our document at http://janstudio.net/claue/document/ and navigate to WooCommerce Settings > Product Attributes

I created attributes but the error still remain

Chào bạn,

Theo như hình chụp của bạn thì mình thấy bạn đang sử dụng plugin khác cho phần color swatch. Bạn thử tắt plugin khác hoặc có thể gửi cho mình account admin (bạn nhớ check vào set as private reply để bảo mật thông tin)
