Multi Currency Calculation is wrong in order email

Hi Support,

I am using Claue theme and set up the multicurrency feature of theme. Website`s base currency is INR and also set up 20% shipping for all. When I place an order from INR currency then everything is fine in WooCommerce Order Email. But If I place an order through any other currency like USD and EURO etc, then grand total and shipping costs are totally wrong in email but it displays correctly at checkout page. The issue is occurred only in order email.

Also, I am using price filter at product listing and if I change the currency then filter values doesn`t display correct conversion value.

You can find issue making an order of website. I have already replaced files with latest version but problem is still same. Please have a look on priority basis and suggest me the better solution.

Hi,

I check your setting for currencies and see the setting not correct https://tppr.me/6caLM, please delete USD, GBP and set INR to 1.00 and set the rate of USD, GBP base on INR.

Tried the currency change out as suggested by Jan Studio support and tested with an order. The issue is still the same – it is only the emails where it is a problem.

Also, I would recommend that you have my admin details and you can update any setting which you want. Then, please make a order on website and check.
