name your price

Hi,

I recently purchased the Claue theme and configuring the website right now. Almost there and working fine except the name your price part. Our main product (cadeaubonnen) is a name your price item (with blanc field). But when this product is added in the cart the price is removed. The price is also gone in the checkout. How can we solve this?

Please try to update claue to new version http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/

And check the issue, if issue still please send us a copy of plugin “Name of price” we will check and help you solve.

We tested with different name your price plugin and also didn’t work. The plugin worked fine in our previous theme.

Could you try deactivate plugin one by one on your site.

I check on my local it still work well http://take.ms/qzL3n with both plugin you suggest.

We disableled all plugins and checked the name you price, but the issue is not solved.

What can we do?

Hi,

The plugin doesn’t support Ajax add to cart so you can fix by disable ajax add to cart in WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Add to cart behavior and uncheck 2 last fields.
