      Hi,

      Why not set up an e-mail, directly after closing a ticket on the forum, which will ask the user if he was satisfied or not satisfied and provide comments.
      Do you add a function? Send an invitation to participate in the survey This automation sends a note e-mail 24 hours after the resolution of a ticket on the forum. Users receive a scoring request for all their resolved forum tickets.

      Hi,

      I will take your idea as a feature request and report to Dev Team to see any solution they can do to make it through, but I can not sure it will available in next update or not.
