When we test the website with:
https://gtmetrix.com/analyze.html
We see that the images are re-sized for the catalog display. We do understand that it is WooCommerce Feature and can be changed from WooCommerce->Setting->Product->Display. However, what we need to understand is the idea size for the GECKO theme we have for all the resolutions. Further, would there be an option to re-generate those images? We need to make sure that the page size is optimal to reduce the response time for a better experience.
Please find attached the snapshot for the problem and configuration.
Best Regards,
VAMAS

Hi,
I saw you set product listing layout on homepage with 4 products/row
You can change product catalog images to 441 x 588 and regenerate thumbnail to reduce image size. That will work well on home page and category page.
If you set catalog images follow on category page 268 x 358 the images on home will display as low image quality or you can change number of product on homepage to 6 products/row with this dimension
Best regards
Harry

Hi Chintan,
Sorry for late reply.
We use code-star framework for our theme and the code
base64_encode() and base64_decode() are safe. Those just use base64 to hide the code when backup theme option, they’ve added to the framework so it’s harder to detect it. You can most likely ignore that.
Kind regards
Harry
