      Hi,

      even after entering MailChimp API code and list name, when user enter email address in the popup nothing happen but “0” appear above the field. Another problem is when sliding the slider to OFF position in the “Enable popup” – the popup stays active. PLEASE HELP!!!

      Hi,

      This problem caused the cache plugin which you installed on your site, I have disabled it, the popup function works fine. You can try another cache plugin like as WP Super Cache.

      Hi,

      This option of plugin when turn off popup doesn’t work. You can turn of by go to YITH Plugins > WC Popup > Enable Popup > Off

      Harry,

      following your instruction I changed line 77 with the line you provided. As a result, the wp-admin collapsed and couldn’t get access to the back-end. Got the following message:

      add_action
      Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home2/rebelfl1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-popup/includes/newsletter-integration/Mailchimp.php:1) in /home2/rebelfl1/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1210

      Any suggestion?
