  Is there any way I can change the portfolio listing page from /portfolio to something like /design-projects?

  It have only way, create new page “design project” and use Porfolio element of Visual Composer and choose “All Categories” https://monosnap.com/file/2jOGdcrMli51eL1kzOZswybRsQWMDL
