problem with theme

hello !

i see an error on my website today on product’s page, products don’t appear correctly (1 per lines instead of 3/lines, 2 per lines instead of 4/lines….). and the title page is “title + archives” and i don’t know there is “archives”

I tried to update the theme with topics i have seen here but i don’ success..

And with the plugin (i guess) “check theme” i analyze the theme and it shows me somes errors… (see the attchments). i don’t understand why because i install it with the tutoriel…

i try to understand but i need help :'(

Hi,

1. This issue because you’re using short code of old theme, please delete all content of shop page and go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Shop page assign to Shop

2. Don’t worry about the message

– The .ds_store file is default file of macOS we will zip theme package by macOS the file included to theme.
– The .zip files are recommend plugins and Envato want us included in our theme for user can easy install plugins after install theme without internet.

if you can’t please download new package at ThemeForest and go to Appearance > Themes > Delete current claue and install new package you’ve just download.

When you says ” delete all content of shop page”, what is “all content”, you mean all products ?

Because i try to find all short code of old theme and erase it but it change anything i think ? the display is still not correct in the product categories page…

Hi,

I mean remove short code and sidebar on shop page after that you go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Select layout with left sidebar and choose WooCommerce Sidebar.
