      But it’s still showing the sidebar cart when I click on the shopping cart icon in the header.

      It error when i active child theme, could you please correct the code in child theme or give me FTP account to check.

      But it’s also when I put the code in the functions.php in the normal theme, the child theme isn’t used I think because of the modifications.

      Hi,

      I see you add custom code to claue > functions.php i recommend move all your custom code to child theme to prevent your custom code when update theme.

      When you update parent theme all custom code will be remove.
