SHIPPING COST DONT REFRESH AUTOMATICALLY

Hello, I have a problem with the checkout of my page. When I choose a city that has a different shipping cost, the cost does not update automatically, this creates confusion. How can I make it update automatically? For example, on my page, the city of metropolitan Lima has a different shipping cost than other cities. I attach the video.

Hi KaluKalu,

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping and create Zone and each Zone has some cities and some shipping method for each zone with different fee https://prnt.sc/su3fkd

When user change their address it will change Zone and the shipping method will change according to zone.

This website (benavia.cm) uses the same theme and whether it updates automatically when you choose each city, and also sees the animated loader indicating that it is being updated.

Please add cities and province to to zone https://prnt.sc/su4up7 and change current zone now is payment method.

Please try one payment method and different price with zone.

hi, i don’t understand what you mention, the problem is that the shipping method doesn’t update automatically when i change cities. the loader is not seen either.

• Currently I already have two zones with all the selected cities:

1- metropolitan lima area .-
(two cities lima and metropolitan lima) there I have three shipping methods (only for these three cities) –> prnt.sc/su7030

2- Peru area except Lima.-
here are all the cities except: lima / limametropolitana
It only has one shipping method.  –> prnt.sc/su6qts

• If I have Lima selected here, I see three shipping methods, total cost and that’s fine. –> prnt.sc/su73bu
• But if I change cities, the shipping method and cost will not change automatically. –> prnt.sc/su6t4q

The plugin that did not allow me to reload was the WooCommerce payment manager.

Hi,

The load effect generate by plugin WooCommerce and i see the delay about 0.5s just white background overlay. and it hard to insert loading icon.
