SIZE PIC PROBLEM

Hi

I have A LOT of problems with size of pics on my website.

It bug as soon as I add a new photo to an existing product, all of my products are cut.

I have already written to you about this problem, your solutions work but not in the long term

What to do ? this is very problematic for my clients

What’s are the dimensions in the basic configuration of the theme for the pics (mainly for product photos and photos that appear in the cart)

Hi,

The image size depends on your original image size and ratio, we highly recommend you use the image with the same ratio. You will never have the issue like this. You can send us some product images, we will make a sample size for you.

Everything was fine until two weeks ago.
My images are all the same size 1200px 1200px

 

I don’t understand why sometimes it works and sometimes no.

It was my first test when I get the theme, all was fine.

You can’t identify the problem ?

I saw you changed dimension of product image size in WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display this cause issue

Please change all to square (equal width and height) and Regenerate Thumbnail at Tools > Regenerate Thumbnail

I’ve never change dimensions

All was fine with my pic (1200 px/1200 px). But since I moved my website on “https”, the dimensions of my photos do what they want.

Sometimes all is ok but the last pic I upload create an overflow (attachement). It’s for this reason that I regenerate thumbail recently. And since ALL OF MY PICS are disproportionate, not juste one.

I don’t know what to do …

Please change all dimension to square and try regenerate thumbnail again, that will help you fix this issue.

after try all what’s possible, nothing has changed. My pics are ever too big without reason. (I have your theme since May and it had never done that before)

What can I do ? …
