Slow in terms of mobile speed and desktop speed

Hi,

We are working on a site which is not live on its actual domain. I tried to test the site the site on google, later I tried to test the demo theme itself. It shows poor performance on mobile and desktop in terms of speed.

Can you please advise what can be done to improve it? I can send you the snapshot. Please provide me your email.

You can use some plugin for cache, compress js/css
