  We want to change the size of the products.
  What parameter or class should we change to get a square image?
  We wish to apply it in the list of products and in the product sheet.

  Hi,
  
  You can change in DashBoard > WooCommerce > Settings> Product Display
  
  after you set you photo to square you need regenerate thumbnail
