Hi,
Recently our analytics pixels stop firing and we had not made any changes to the site at all.
For some reason Google analytics still worked but the shopify analytics and facebook analytics does not. I have since manually added facebook analytics but it’s not ideal.
All analytics work for the checkout pages so it must be the theme. Shopify technical support team told me to ask you.
There is also a syntax error so I assume this is related?
Any ideas please?
I have tried rolling back the theme to long before when this issue started and the error is still there. Please could you take a quick look and let me know what file I should be working on to fix this?
Your help is much appreciated, otherwise I will have to install a new theme.

Hi,
I check your site and see Facebook Pixel still work well http://prntscr.com/mref31
Please check again.
Kind regards

Hi Harry,
Thanks for your reply.
I ended up fixing it by unclicking “minify” in options. For saome reason it was removing something that’s neccessary for the analytics javascript to work properly.
Any ideas on how to minimise everything except the shopify anlytics “trekkie” code?
Thanks,
Andy

Hi,
I’m sorry the minify HTML doesn’t have function to exclude only facebook pixel trekkie code.
Kind regards
Harry
