Unable to access wp-admin/options.php and save theme options

Hi there, I am unable to save the theme options, whenever I press save, it will direct me to wp-admin/options.php which will hit ERROR-404.

Could you try deactivate plugin one by one and check again, if issue still there please send me your site admin account as private reply. I will check and help you solve.

It can work because i perform a clean installation again, apparently there is something wrong about the sample data. After i imported it, there will be a problem again

Please install recommend plugins at Appearance > Install plugins before import sample data. If issue still there, please let me know.

I tried with the organic theme, can you help me to change to it? How about the demo data for fashion-1, fashion-2 and so on

I change to Organic demo content. Please check it still work well.

All images are just used for Preview Purpose Only. After import sample data they will be replace with place holder image because the copyright and license.

Nope, i checked it from here, after impored the Organic demo content, i am unable to change the theme options..

Please go to Dashboard > JanStudio > Theme Option to change Theme Options

Yes i did go to Dashboard > JanStudio > Theme Option to change Theme Options, after i click save then it will redirect me to the page as photo attached.

Please try copy default code at https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess and replace code in .htaccess in root folder of your site.

If issue still there please send us your site FTP account as private reply.

Hi,

I open file .htaccess and check it still same with default.

I open wp-config.php file and change to

`$table_prefix = ‘wp_’;

and change again as your setting.

I’m not sure which cause the issue.

Nope, nothing like this occured, i checked the cpanel status, everything seems normal, i can access the webpage “https://mocy.my/mocy-admin/options.php” directly though, but it cant after i want to save the theme options.

I see you use plugin Wordfence and WP Hide & Security Enhancer.

I see WP Hide & Security Enhancer slow your site and cause the issue can’t save option

Please check this video https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2017/10/should-you-hide-wordpress-login-page/ it don’t need to use plugin to change admin login.

Yeah i removed the plugin already, but now i cant view the woocommerce status page (return error 404) even after i reinstall it and i also cant save settings on the woocommerce booster page?
