Variable Products Stock not reducing after purchase

Hi there,

we do not use any plugin for stock management and we have a problem we could not solve. Where using variable products for example a dress could be sold in S or M size. We only manage the stock on the variable product, but when the purchase happens the stock is not reduced. We tasted also the check payments, and we did not have the same problem. Maybe you could help us to figure out, what is causing the problem.
