Hi Harry I said I would reply and here are the results. I put on the plugin suggested Autoptimize, Super Cache and my site speed dropped to 30%. So that didn’t work I cannot afford to upgrade my host not yet anyway. Between times a friend suggested trying Comet Cache and lo and behold the speed of my site is now up at 99% so am happy with that. Thank you for your advice and help as always.

Hi thank you Harry for the help. After getting your advice I decided to take logs of the site from GT metrix and Pingdom I don’t understand the results but do see that issues that were brought up have disappeared and I see an improvement already with the site I have deactivated WP Bakery and added Autoptimize Super Cache. I will post back here when the optimization of the images etc. is complete and take new logs.  Of course the best results I hope will be in the page load time. I will forward other info. by private email.

Hi Harry

as you will see from my website I have increased the image size as you recommended. I am delighted that your suggestion has corrected the problem for mobile phone users. Can you tell me does it work differently on laptops as I have enclosed pics of laptop images from the website and when I hover on the image I just get a copy of the main image. On the second thumbnail image however (usually a back image)  it will zoom perfectly.

once again thank you for your help. I have increased the image size as you recommended. It made no difference the main image does not zoom. The back image thumbnail does.

thank you. I deactivated the plugin and that halved the problem. Now the main product image does not zoom?

thank you for your help, but I think you are not grasping my problem correctly.
I have enclosed screen shots from another website to try to explain better as I don’t have the option on my site.
When I click on a product ‘main image’ …..image zoom & image size is correct. However when I click on the ‘image thumbnail’ for ‘back’ or ‘side image’ nothing happens, When I click on the  back image it should now display where the main image was in order to show the back of the image in zoom mode. In the pics. included images 4,5 and 6 are not loading the image I click on. In images 1,2,3, from another website the pic changes when you click on it. Thats what I want my images to do.
