    i am asking if i can use another program/platform??? I don’t want to use WordPress. I am asking you if i can use another program to design this theme and if i can, which one? I don’t know what to use, this is the reason am i am asking

    Hello Harry!

     

    First of all thank you for your quick reply! My problem with WP is the fact that according with their promo popups should be able to upload themes for 49$ not 350$. So this is the reason for which i want to not work on it anymore.
    Regarding programs, doesn’t metter. I just need your advice in terms of which program i should use based on your recommendation to design this theme(except WP sure)
