Claue crashes WordPress

After I installed Claus WordPress theme, I go to Design –> Customize

The following error message is popped up:

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I try login your site but can’t access with account you sent. Could you check it and send me again. Please send me FTP account too and check in “Set as private reply”

Can you send me WordPress admin account? Please reply me on this topic that will help us easy to track your issue.

And please try deactivate plugin one by one and check again.

Do you still have access to WordPress dashboard? If not, please reset all and install fresh WordPress with our theme and sample data.
