I check your site, the issue because you not install plugin before install sample data. I activate plugin and it now work.

3. I’m sorry it not support add video to banner. it only way add 4 banners and link to video. https://prnt.sc/tpljnc

1. I check on Elementor team they said the browser auto disable sound https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/8402

2. You can edit in Claue > Theme Option > Header > Header Left Content and Center Promo Text.
