Claue theme demo import issue

We have purchased claue theme and try to install we face many issues now we are tired. Can you please help us about this?

Please it is very urgent because we have already spent more than three days on it. We are loosing our client please help us regarding this.

We have fresh website installed on our domain. Login credentials are attached here with let us know what else you need.

Can you change your hosting to Apache or Ngnix, the window hosting not working well with PHP and you also have to setting the .htaccess

How you can say window hosting not working well with PHP? PHP and WordPress is running on our current hosting. However you can say our theme needs some PHP libraries which are not working with windows hosting.
We can easily change .htaccess settings.

Please let us know what we have to do?
We must have to change hosting Apache or Ngnix?
Or we have to change .htaccess settings in current hosting?

I recommend change hosting to Apache or Ngnix, i tried install new theme StoreFront it not work not only the issue of only our theme https://tppr.me/UimK2

I would like to understand why this is a hosting error, it is a wordpress theme and should not have issues.

We will wait for our hosting support to respond to us, this has taken a week to install a simple ecommerce theme, I am so dissappointed by this.

Please extract the file you download and upload all folder and file to uploads folder on FTP.

You can ask hosting support to upgrade hosting package.

We have installed another theme with demo import it is working fine with WPbaker builder and is light weight all theme functions are working perfectly.
You check here please http://justagirl.co.za/yoome/ all the customization we need is working fine.

It means there is not any problem with our hosting the problem is with claue theme. The hosting service charged us additionally when we changed hosting from Windows to Linux hosting.

The claue theme has still problems we followed your all instruction it wasted our time result is nothing now we would want a refund which I have paid for claue.

Please proceed our refund ASAP we are already in trouble.
