Currency Converter Issue

Hi Guys,

I turned the currency converter on and now off again as I was having some issues.

My site is in AUD and I’d like all transactions to process in AUD but I’d like the currency converter to work so it will display what the prices etc will be in that different currency like the euro and USD.

The problem is when I turn on the currency converter it then charges and processes that payment in the currency that is selected when I want it to process all payments in AUD – the default currency of the shop.

Is there a way to fix that?

I know it can be done because woocommerce have a plugin here that does it – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/handle-multiple-regions-currencies-woocommerce/ But I prefer the look of your plugin

Attached is a screenshot of how that plugin says it works and also a screenshot of how your plugin charged in USD when I only wanted it to display in USD(When they choose USD from the currency selector) but charge in AUD.

I’m sorry the currency integrated in our theme not change the current currency of order to AUD.

No I don’t want it to switch the currency. I want it to always process the orders as usual in AUD – this is the default of the shop.

I want when they change the currency for it just to display that currency but not send it through when purchasing

Please go to WooCommere > Settings > General > Currency > and change default currency to AUD.

Hi,

I’m not sure you’re understanding, please read my initial post.

The default currency of the shop is and always has been AUD.

I want the user to see the prices of the items etc in the other currencies when they select, but I want the orders to be passed through and billed in AUD. When I turn on the currency converter it tries to pass through the cost in the selected currency’s conversion rate.

I’m sorry the currency switcher can’t covert all order to AUD it keep the selected currency to show order for customer.
