Custom related products plugin not working

Hello,

I read some tickets about related products on product detail page and I chose to download WooCommerce custom related products. For each products I selected 4 related products but they are not appearing on my website ! Sometimes there is no related product at all, sometimes there are some other products that have the same tags …

Do you know if there is a conflict between the theme and the plugin ? What can I do to fix this and make sure the products I selected always appaear and that it’s not random ?

We use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-related-products-for-woocommerce/ it work well with our theme.

It still does not work …. It is really time consuming to take each product and add 4 related products manually and i did it once with Woo Custom related products now I downloaded the one you told me to do it again but it does not work : see here : https://manora.co/produit/collier-poire/

Hi,

You have to deactivate old plugin for new plugin work. I deactivate old plugin it now work well

I have zero related products whereas on my backend I chose 4 !

Sometimes there are 3 products out of 4, sometimes nothing ! But I would like to always have the four products I chose manually.

Hi,

Please go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Detail Settings > Number of product to show = 4

You have to set up related product for each product.

Well I don’t know what’s happening but it bugs a lot. Sometimes when i click on the product the image gallery and the related products do not appear. I have to refresh like 4 four times to see it.

Do you know why ?

Which browser you’re using. If Chrome, please press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R to clear cache.
