Delay loading site

I am not a techie so am pasting the exact copy of what my web host sent me as my site is so slow loading;

Secondly, we see multiple loads of the page (it is loaded 4 times) and problems accessing a cached font (woff2 file) that seems not to be present. This is causing most of delays fully loading your site (because missing content will cause a redirect causing a page reload). This is likely a theme or design issue, if you can fix that (or remove the resource load if needed) it will improve the site response a lot.

1.The issue related to the mail icon you use for first row, it not load. please try choose Awesome 4.7 icon

1. I help you fixed issue with font(woff2) load.

2. Please try deactivate plugin WP Rocket and install plugin Autoptimize, Super Cache. Let me know which hosting package you’re using for your site?

Hi thank you Harry for the help. After getting your advice I decided to take logs of the site from GT metrix and Pingdom I don’t understand the results but do see that issues that were brought up have disappeared and I see an improvement already with the site I have deactivated WP Bakery and added Autoptimize Super Cache. I will post back here when the optimization of the images etc. is complete and take new logs.  Of course the best results I hope will be in the page load time. I will forward other info. by private email.

I check your hosting package it weak and just use for simple website

If you want your site load faster you should upgrade your hosting package to Business or change hosting provider https://www.siteground.com/wordpress-hosting.htm or https://wpengine.com/plans/

Hi Harry I said I would reply and here are the results. I put on the plugin suggested Autoptimize, Super Cache and my site speed dropped to 30%. So that didn’t work I cannot afford to upgrade my host not yet anyway. Between times a friend suggested trying Comet Cache and lo and behold the speed of my site is now up at 99% so am happy with that. Thank you for your advice and help as always.

Hi Rosie,

You can use Autoptimize plugin to minify CSS and JS thatt speed up your site. Your hosting package only suite with small site with less products. If you have more products i recommend upgrade hosting package.
