Forum home top links does not click correctly

It’s a little difficult to explain, but on the forum specifically on the home page, when we hover over the heading (to click into the specific forum) the hover state does not work, you have to move your mouse about 5px above the heading for the URL “box” to select the item. We’ve noted this along with the client, any ideas?

Please add below code to JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

}
