How to create submenus

I am trying to create a top level menu with subpages but can’t figure out how to do it. I tried creating a parent page and assigning pages to it but when I add that to the menu, the child pages don’t appear under it.

Is there something else I need to do to get the child pages to appear?

Please click save menu after you added menu item, i try on your site with vScription Products and sub-page it work well.
