Importing Sample Data Seems Incomplete

I purchased and installed the HelpDesk theme and the sample data and it looks great however the links on the homepage still direct to your site and it seems as though the sample data doesn’t include the FAQ page, Knowledge base pages etc..

When I try to go to KB articles and FAQs from the admin page, I’m getting 404 errors. The site should be pretty much empty aside from the plugins that the theme required. WordPress 4.9.4

Hi Ryan,

I help you fixed the issue with Knowledge base and FAQs. For the link, please go to Pages > Edit homepage and change links with yours

So that seems to have fixed it however I don’t see a page for Knowledge Base or FAQs to customize the pages. There is a slug there but I can’t find the page.

This can be closed. This was fixed by editing the sidebar, it was not part of the page.
