Page Banner Color Much darker than actual image

I have a banner that I use on a few pages on the site. On the home page, it looks exactly like the image (https://vscription.vtexvsi.com/). I use that same banner on the Forum page, the Documents page and FAQ page and the image is much darker and hard to see. Here is one example: https://vscription.vtexvsi.com/forums/

I don’t know why that is since they use the same image and I want them to all look like they do on the home page.  Can you tell me how I can fix this please?

Please add below code to JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS to fix

.page-head:before {
 background: transparent !important;
}
