Stock management and order status did not fire after an order was received

Hello

we faced an issue today. We received an order and the status of the order did not change from pending payment to processing. Do you know why this happened?

Also the stock did not reduce and i have the manage stock option enabled for woocommerce

As read in forums it’s probably a theme issue

Did you try switch to default theme Storefront and check the issue or please check payment method plugin.

We not get request support same issue related to our theme.
