  Hi,
  
  How can I stop the product image from popping up, on mouse over, of this particular product page? I prefer that it’s like the other product pages in my site where you need to click in order to get the pop up. Thanks.

  This because zoom effect function, your original image smaller than image dimension on product page.
  
  You can disable it in Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Detail Settings > Zoon Image > Off
