      Hello,

      Can you help me edit the login popup and subscriber dashboard?

      1. The login popup only logs in if user enters email (not username). Can I change the word in the popup to Email instead of Username?
      2. How can I restrict the dashboard for subscribers to only see their profile and no other tabs? Once a subscriber logs in they can access the Visual composer, documents, knowledge base, etc. How can this be changed?

      Thank you for choosing our theme.

      1. You can use Loco Translate plugin http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/theme-translation/

      Navigate to Loco Translate > Themes > helpdesk > when create new language choose English (US) find Username string and change to Email

      2. You can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-dashboard-access-for-non-admins/

      How can I edit the links on the My Account button and dropdown menu for “edit my profile”? I need it to go to a frontend link instead of the backend. I was able to do this with the ProfileGrid plugin with BBpress integration.

      Hi,

      You can change link by copy file header.php in helpdesk to helpdesk-child and edit to your.

      You can install ProfileGrid and update link.

      I changed link to user profile on front end not go to dashboard.

      You can download attached file in my prev reply and change code in line 49.
