USPS Shipping Calculator not working with Woocommerce and this theme

I am running the USPS API shipping calculator. Things were running just fine prior to installing this theme, and now the cart seems to only show flat rate prices. When the shipping rates are activated, I get a message in the cart saying ‘no shipping rates are available’.

I’ve had to turn it off for now since it’s not allowing the customer to select their preferred shipping method. I

Please fix this asap, it’s caused my customers issues the past couple days.

Can you try USPS Shipping plugin with default theme https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/  and tell us the result.

Maybe this problem with plugin on WooCommerce version 3.0.x.
