Woocommerce Product Addons Mandatory fields not checking before adding to cart

Hi Guys,

I have checked this issue by running a different theme so am sure it’s related to this theme.

On all products I am running the Woocommerce Product Addons plugin. This makes the website run smoother so there aren’t 1000s of variations so I do need to run it.

This issue is happening on all products but you can test on this one – https://vincija.com/product/best-seller-v-bikini-set/

All the fields are mandatory that have the asterix, like – Top Size, Bottom Size, Butt Coverage and the plugin should make the Add to Cart button not work unless they are all selected (As it should work).

Instead using Gecko theme when I select none of the selections and click Add to Cart it takes you to the mini cart page and shows that there are no items in the cart as attached, instead of just not allowing you to add the product to the cart.

If I switch theme to Storefront theme it works as it should.

Is there a way we can get this to work with Gecko theme please?

Hi,

The issue because plugin Woocommerce Product Addons doesn’t support Ajax Add To Cart, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behavior > Uncheck 2 last fields.
