  I have a bug in the mobile browser when i click on any of the tabs in home page ( the best seller or sale)
  
  When i click i get very long blank white spaces

  I am trying to install it but it gives me Theme installation failed.
  
  Should i remove the theme or override the files using ftp ?

  You can remove remove theme (it faster) or override via FTP
