      Hi Harry,

      As you know my website is in RTL mode.

      So the elements on the right in desktop mode, should appear first on top in mobile view, like my homepage.

      But in some pages that I like : Contact us , this is not happening.

      Why does this happen?

      Hi Rahim,

      I open your contact page but it now show 502 Bad Gateway, please check it.

      I can login with account page but when i go to contact page it show 502 Bad Gateway.

      I sent a ticket to my hosting provider and told them the issue.

      Could you please send me an screen shot and provide me the ip that you are trying to login?

      Hi Harry,

      My hosting provider blocks external ips from Iran.

      Is your ip static?

      Is 117.1.245.21 your all the time ip?

      Yes, my IP all time is 117.1.245.21
      I checked your contact page but still the same 502 bad gateway.

      I contacted the host provider and they said this happened two times in this day according to this log :

      117.1.245.21 - - [19/Sep/2018:08:39:45 +0430] "GET /contact-us/ HTTP/2.0" 502 166 "https://look.ir/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0"
117.1.245.21 - - [19/Sep/2018:08:39:48 +0430] "GET /contact-us/ HTTP/2.0" 502 166 "https://look.ir/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0

       

      They said this probably happened during the web server connecting failure at the time.

      They recommended to clear the cache of the browser and try again and let me know if this happens again.

      I clear cache and try on Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari it still Bad Gateway.
