      Hi Harry,

      I am going to use SendPulse for my website.

      After configuration the service, it gives me an script and ask me to put it on head of my site.

      What is the safest method for adding this?

      Hi Harry,

      I installed this plugin.

      But I found an strange thing.

      When I add the script to this plugin correctly and clear the cache of my caching plugin and also resets the browser, the script is not working.

      But when I add exactly the code to custom js of the theme, it starts working.

      But when I delete the code from the the insert header and footer plugin and just keep the code on the theme panel, it stops working!!!

      Hi Rahim,

      Please remove code in Theme Option. And try add code to plugin again and remove cache and check again.

      Just as a confirm I want to know can I upload header.php to claue-child and put the script right after this?

      Is this safe also for applying these kind of scripts without plugin?

      Yes,

      Please upload header.php to claue-child and add script after the code you said.

      Hi Harry,

      If read again this topic, you will remember that I told you for adding an script, something strange is happening on my site.

      When I want to add an script to header, I have to add it on both insert header and footer and theme panel js section.

      I checked that again today and it was the same.

      I just remember that I have edited my menu and have a file name layout-4.php on my child-theme.

      Can this cause the issue?

      If you add the code to header, please remove code in Theme Option and code in insert header and footer.
